Guarantee & Return Policy
Wholesale Distributors, Inc., guarantees all its sales with a 30-day money back guarantee. A full, 100% return policy is in effect for all unopened/unused product. A return authorization number (RMA #), is required for all returns. Returned product that has been shipped back to us, will not be accepted without an RMA #. The refund policy is as follows:
Once the returned product is received, your credit card will be credited for the full original purchase price minus any RMA charges that may apply. If paid by check, a refund check will be issued by Wholesale Distributors Inc. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Contact customer service within thirty (30) days, of receipt of your product(s) by telephone, email or in writing, kindly informing us that you are requesting a refund and why. A customer service representative will issue an RMA number to you. Be sure to write the RMA# you were issued, on the outside of the box.
- Send back the product to Wholesale Distributors, Inc. 929 No. Val Vista Drive #107-A Gilbert, Arizona 85234. Be sure to write the RMA# you were issued, on the outside of the box, and a copy of written correspondence requesting a refund and why. Return orders without the RMA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused! We need to receive returned bottles within 35 days of your receipt of the initial order shipment. COD shipments or boxes without an RMA number clearly posted will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned in your country, we will refund to your credit card your total minus twice your shipping charge. (We must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us.) In addition, twenty five percent (25%) of the value of your order will be deducted as the re-stocking fee.
Any other charges, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees, assessed by the Customs in your country, will then be deducted as well. For example, if you ordered $100.00 worth of supplements, and your shipping charge is $20.00, for a total of $120.00, once your order is returned to us, your account will be credited $60.00 [($120-$20 x 2] x .75 = $80 x.75 = $60.00. Once again, please check with your country's Customs officials to make sure you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. If you follow these simple common sense procedures, you should not experience any problems. We have very few customs-related problems in regards to shipments, and are now in our eleventh year of business.
